Delfi:  

I am Delfina, I am 16 and I live with my family, my mom , my daddy, and  my big brother. we are very close to each other. Nowadays, there are 3 of us living at home because my brother lives and studies law (as my dad ). We meet every weekend, where he plays polo, so I have also got friends there. I really like sports , with some friends during the weekend, we play golf and tennis and during the week I practise artistic skate and field hockey .

With my whole family we have “asados” where we eat barbecues, we do karaoke, and play some Argentinan traditional games . Sometimes we host friends or family and all help with the preparation , dad and my brother make the “asado”, mum makes salads and desserts, and I help with the table and with the music.  

Since I was 5, I have been learning English , I always have been very passionate and dedicated to that. during two summers I was improving my English , and because of that my parents rewarded it with a trip that I did in 2023 to the UK to develop my language , academics and independence skills . I learnt a lot but I lived with people from many countries over the world and I like it. Now I am choosing the United States and have only been there once, but since I was a child I dreamed to study in a high school , practise as many sports as the schools have. I would love to be a cheerleader. This year in particular to have a different experience from the one in Argentina because this is my last year school and I have the prom.

My favorite season is the summer , I love tanning with friends, or with my dad, swim in the sea or in swimming pool, go to sleepovers with friends , and the summer sunsets push my e energy up .  

I am really interested in computer science and I find this exchange program as an opportunity to develop more skills connected with that to be more prepare for my future career.
