First, I would like to introduce myself. My nickname is Bung-ki and you can call me Ya. I have a big family. We have 6 people and if I also count my uncle and my aunt's family there are 14 people. I have one younger brother and one younger sister. My father and my mother both have their own businesses. I enjoy hanging out with them on the weekend by visiting museums, playgrounds, and malls. When I am with my sister, I like to paint and color watercolor. My brother is the one who likes to cook, try new recipes, and helps him with cooking. At home, I am also responsible for laundry, washing, and ironing clothes. Sometimes, I teach my brother when he does not understand his school homework.

I like to try new things. For example, I played in the show during English camp as a main character on the stage when I was Grade 9. That was my first time for acting. I also joined some competitions at school that I am interested in. Moreover, I am sociable and friendly. I have been able to make new friends easily since I was 10 years old. I participated in a summer course and made a lot of friends from different schools. I also care about other people’s feelings. Before I speak or do something, I think about how it would impact other people who I talk with or not. When I see my friend feel stressed, I talk and make her feel better. For my interests, I like sport and music. I like badminton because I can do it well. I also practice with my dad; he is very good at playing and has taught me since I was young. I love to watch concerts and listen to music. It helps me a lot after studying hard. I can play electronics keyboard and piano too, but I am not an expert. My hobbies are watching movies and reading novels, short stories and comics. I also collect novels, poems and cosmic books. I like the theme about mystery. In the future, I would like to be a doctor or pharmacist to help people’s lives because my grandpa passed away from cancer.

At school, I have 6 friends in my group with 2 close friends. After I have lunch, I like to play badminton during break time with friends. After school, I study tutorial classes at the mall. On the weekend, we like to visit museums to look at art and relax. My favorite subjects are Physics, Math and Chemistry. Even though my score is not that high, I enjoy studying because I like to solve problems. I am also a member of the Free time club at school. I joined this club because I like to have more time to do my science project about experiments as well as research. My project with friends is about wave sound with plants. We started with vegetables and flowers in transparent box and put the radio at the center the box. There are three boxes. The first one is a high frequency wave sound, then the second is low frequency wave sound and the last one is no sound. Now we are processing this experiment. I also participated in many school activities. For example, in Teacher Day, I decorated the garland and got it to pray to new teachers and they gave good wishes to students. Moreover, when I was in Grade 9, I joined English quiz, and my team was one of the 10 teams for the contest. For Sport Day last year, I joined the parade and badminton competition. For the participation, I learnt about problem-solving and understood that I should focus more on practicing for the next time. This year, I am studying in Grade 11, I got a scholarship from my school. I am proud of this from my hard work.
To be an exchange student, I would like to exchange Thai culture with American people. I would love to have more experience and make new friends. I also like to gain new life skills and knowledge that can adapt in the future. I love to exchange about food, books, movies, music and we can do activities together. I like to share my culture about how to cook Thai food, history and concept ideas of my country. I also love to learn more about American culture and join many local festivals, I am interested in St. Patrick's festival and Easter Egg both look very. I am so excited to meet and become a part of your family member.

See you soon.
Ya
