Dear family,

My name is Nora and I will be a future exchange student. I am a very sociable and interesting person who likes spending time with the people I love more, my family and friends. I always try to make people feel better when they are bad, because I don’t like to see people suffering. Likewise, I already know four languages, Spanish and Basque almost perfectly. I talk them with my family, friends, and in school. I know English very well, because I have been learning it since I was three years old. I also know a bit of French. I started learning it when I was twelve years old. I hope this year I improve my English and be able to have the C1 level.

I am from the north of Spain, I live in a town with my parents and my older brother. I have a very good relationship with them and a lot of confidence. When we were kids, we used to play a lot together but over time, we have been playing less. Despite that, we still keep traditions such as putting together the Christmas tree. I love spending time with him, even though sometimes he is a bit annoying.

According to my grandparents, I only know three of them because my dads dad passed away when I was very young. I appreciate spending time with them so much because I know that when they are no longer here I will miss them very much. Every weekend, I go to their house to have lunch with them. On Saturdays, to my grandmother’s house from my father’s part and Sundays, to my grandparents' house from my mother’s part.

I have many cousins, but the ones with whom I spend more time are my mother's part. I love spending time with them because they are my age, and we have a lot of things in common. Not only that, but I also have younger cousins, and I love spending time with them too, because I love babies, taking care of them…

One of my main hobbies is dancing. I go to a dance school, and it is one of the things I love more, it helps me to let off steam and feel better about myself. Whenever I feel bad, I practice it because it's like my therapy. I also like skiing, I go skiing every year with my family, and we have so much fun there. I also go shopping a lot, I listen to music and I love traveling and visiting new places. When I’m bored, I sometimes cook or bake things for my family. I used to play the piano, but not anymore. I would like to start playing it again, but I don’t have enough time. All the weekens, I hang out with my friends and I have soo much fun.

In a future, I would like to form a family. I will try to study architecture and with the help of my dad I will try to make a business, but of course, I will continue dancing. My goals in my exchange year are to improve my English, to have one of the best years of my life, to visit new places, to know more people and to be a cheerleader.
