Hi,

My name is Odei and I'm 14 years old. I go to 9th grade to a school near my town. I am a hard working student and I always try to help other people when they need help. I have always had a great relacionship whith the teacher and I don't like getting in any kind of problems in school neither out of school. I am very studious and I like learning new things about all types. I am a homely person. When I am at home I like making programming code, designing my own stuff in 3D and then print it in my 3D printer, and make robots. Talking about sports, I love swiming, both, in the swimming pool and in the beach.

Changing the subject, there are 4 of us in my family. My mum, who works in the city hall as a public server in an office. My dad, who works in a robotic company as a technical ingineer. Then, I have a sister who actually is the smallest in the family. She also goes to my same high school because she is in the 7th grade. I also have 4 grandparents. 2 of my dads and 2 of my moms. I love spending time with them and going to their small towns in summer.

My sister and I argue quite often but I think that is normal with most of the siblings and we don’t argue to hurt each other, we argue because we love each other and that is our way to say it. But after all, we have lots of great moments together, such as Christmas, our birthdays, familly moments, rainy days when we play table games…

In my free time I love swimming, learning new things, having time with my family, meeting my friends… But the one I most enjoy is going to the cinema with my grandma and my sister. We go to a big shopping center where there are lots of shops, restaurants and there is also a cinema. My grandmother buys us popcorn and some sweets, and I really enjoy watching the movie with them..

In the future I would like to be an aerospace engineer. I know that it is a really difficult career and job but I really like maths, physics, chemistry and astronomy. That is why in school I have decided to study sciences instead of languages.

While I am in the program, I would like to learn more about the culture, language, and make foreign friends for my whole life. I also would like to have fun, spend time with the host family and do activities together, and make from this experience things I would never forget.

I like lots of things, but the ones I most like doing are swimming, programming, 3D printing and meeting my friends. I normally swim in a swimming pool in a gym near my town. I normally go alone but sometimes I go with a friend.
