Exchange Student Finder |
Hello, I’m Hwa-Yeon. I‘m sixteen years old. And I’m living in Korea. I’m glad to introduce myself and share more about me.
There are four members in my family. My family is my father and mother, younger brother. First, let me tell you about my father. He is caring, good at cooking. He loves me a lot! Secondly, My mother. She is like my friend. Every After school, I told my mom about what happened in school. Also, she is the person whom I trust the most. And lastly, my younger brother. we are 2 years apart. He likes me so much, that he always wants to go with me to every family event.
I have various hobbies. I like doing things that affect me positively. So I like reading. Sometimes I do meditating in the morning and I like writing in my journal every day.
I also like sports. I don’t play particularly well, but I like playing ping pong and I love watching baseball games.
My favorite hobby is writing. When I read a book or watch a movie, I write about it, about my thoughts and feelings, and ideas!
I love traveling too. I sometimes travel alone, and I enjoy that kind of freedom. In addition, this exchange program is a long trip for me. So I’ll do my best to experience the culture of the place and be a good learner too.
I always have confidence that I can do well with my work. I’m a person who has courage to take an anything without being afraid of new experiences. Having more experience than others is what makes me interesting. It’s my strong point.
My most exciting hobby is listening to music. When I was in elementary school, I was in the choir. When I went to middle school, I joined the band, and I made a musical club. Then Our club members performed an original musical. I feel alive when I listen to the music!
I wanted to take a valuable job since I was young. For that, I wanted to improve myself. So I decided to experience a lot of things so I can see what I like and enjoy.
It can be traveling, or studying, or something that completely unexpected, but I think it is valuable to grow by experiencing it.
I’m still young but I make an effort to be a good person. I hope I experience both failure and success when I become an adult. It is my goal in life.
I moved several times city to city. And through that, I wanted to live in a bigger world and I became interested in foreign languages and cultures. As I learned English, I found joy of understanding the world. By experiencing English and American culture, I want to widen my life experiences and goals. I want to become a person who dreams even bigger.
This decision is a real challenge for me. I know how valuable the experience is that I always wanted. Now I’m ready to experience more and to take this chance.
Thank you.
