Dear host family.

My name is Noa, I am 14 years old and I live in the center north of Spain.

We are a family of four consisting, of my father, my mother, my dog and me. My relationship with my parents is very good, they are loving, understanding and kind, although we sometimes argue. I also get along very well with the rest of my family, I go to my grandparents house every day on my mother's side and almost every week I eat with my grandmother and my aunt on my father's side. During the summer I meet the rest of my family, which is quite large, for dinner at my aunt and uncle's house, I have a great time with all of them.

I have a large group of friends, but I meet my best friend every week. We usually go to the movies, go for walks,  we play board games and sometimes go to a restaurant to eat.

I have a poodle named Jack, I named him after Jack Sparrow. He is a very good dog but sometimes a little disobedient and unruly.I really like to go out in the mountains with him and throw him a ball in the park.

I love reading, it's my favorite hobby, in fact when I grow up I would love to have a personal library. I don't currently do any sports, but I did badminton for five years. I like to go for walks in the mountains with my dog, especially if there is snow. I like to learn new languages, I would love to learn Italian or German.

In the future I would like to finish high school and then study international relations.

I have always wanted to study in the USA, it is my dream since I was a little girl and one of my biggest goals in life. I have always been attracted to this country because of the way people describe it, the hospitality of the people, the culture and how different it is from Spain. During my stay there my goals are to meet new people, take home a good experience and improve my English. I believe that I could bring to the family my culture and a good experience during my stay.

And last but not least I want to thank the host family for the great opportunity they are giving me and I promise I will not waste it.

I hope to hear from you soon,

Noa
