Dear American Family,

My name is Ulugbek, and I am very excited about the chance to join your family. I come from a bright and beautifull city in Uzbekistan, where I live with my parents and brother. We are a close-knit family, and we have a tradition of playing chess and watching shows like "The Rookie" every evening. These momentts are filled with warmth, laughter, and friendly competition, which really bring us together.

My father owns a cozy cafe where both of my parents work. I often help them out, which has taught me responsibility and given me insight into running a business. In the future, I hope to expand our family cafe and create a shelter where people in need can find food, work, and a place to stay. I i believe that everyone deserves a good life, and I want to share the kindness and respect my parents have taught me with others .

Besides spending time with my family, I love movies, shows, and books. They are windows into new worlds that offer fresh ideas, stories, and cultures. I also have a good sense of humor and enjoy bringing joy to those around me-sometimes a little laughter can brighten someone's day. I am open to new experiences and ready to learn from each one which I believe will help me adapt easily to life in another country.

The FLEX program is an important step toward achieving my goals. It will not only allow me to immerse myself in a different culture and way of life, but it will also give me a new perspective on the world, helping me one day make my dreams come true. I hope to bring back valuable ideas to Uzbekistan that will help improve my community. In my future host family, I dream of finding a positive and friendly atmosphere where we can enjoy joyful moments together. I look forward to laughing, learning new things, and sharing interesting experiences with you. I am eager to introduce you to my culture and traditions while also learning all about yours . This exchange is not just about studying abroad for me; it's about gaining a new family and creating unforgettable memories. Thank you for opening your home to a student like me.
