Dear American Family,  

My name is Shikin, am a boy and will be 17 years when I come to America. I am from a family of six, my dad, mum, two brothers and a sister. I am the third born of my parents.

I enjoy travelling, going on outings, attending church programme.

My responsibility at home is running minor errands, taking care of our dog, laundry and cleaning my room.

Am interested in learning guitar and hoping to own mine one day, I enjoy cycling, playing mobile games and taking care of guard dogs.

In company of friends I like playing football (soccer), basketball and rubbing minds on issues of the moment.

My city is currently developing with not so much as in big cities. most of the people are peasant farmers of both crops and domestic animals. It is located in the northern part of my country with high temperatures most of the time, then few months in harmattan and the raining season.

In the future I'll like to be a medical doctor and an athlete.

My parents told me that at a day old the found out that I had a fractured arm and had to be treated, and I love computer, laptop and tablets too.

I will like to experience how things are done in other countries and parts of the universe like, food, sports, school system, medical care etc.
