Dear family,

My name is I., I am a 16-year-old girl and I live in a town in Sardinia near the sea, a lively place full of history, culture and traditions.

I am an extroverted, empathetic, curious, cheerful, sporty and a little reserved person but always ready for new experiences and to meet people with habits different from mine.

In my free time, I like devoting myself to my hobbies, spending time with my family, having fun with friends, shopping, listening to music and cooking.

Being a very sporty person I like to keep fit and I usually have a healthy diet. In fact, I play beach tennis 4 times a week, I go to the gym, and sometimes I go running and swimming.

In 2023 I was the Italian beach tennis champion, in 3 disciplines: singles under 14, women's doubles under 14 and mixed doubles under 14. I really wanted to win the title because, I had done in preparations of the Italians, hard and constant training.

My greatest passion, besides sports, is travelling:
travelling gives me new energy!

Exploring the whole world fills me with enthusiasm and curiosity, allowing me above all to discover new places and new cultures, to taste different kinds of food, and to live unique experiences that enrich my vision of life.

There are 5 people in my family: my father, my mother, my younger sisters and me.
My father is a cardiologist, my mother is a housewife and my two sisters, like me, go to school.

I have a wonderful relationship with them, we spend a lot of time together: we cook, we travel, we go out and do sports and we have a lot of fun.

I attend a demanding high school, a few minutes from my house.

My favourite subjects are Science, PE, Italian literature and also Greek literature.

Studying fascinates me because it allows me to discover new things and broaden my horizons. I also participate in various school activities such as volunteering and sports activities such as volleyball, badminton, athletics and tennis.

My typical day is quite dynamic: I wake up at about 7 to go to school where I spend most of the morning. Usually school starts at 8:15 and ends at 1.15 but twice a week I finish at 2.15.

After lunch I do my homework, do sport, and I meet my friends.

the evening, is an important part of the day for my family. At dinner time we talk about what happened during the days.

I am really grateful to my parents for allowing me to have this experience, and I am sure that it will help me become more independent and open-minded, giving me a more complete vision of the world.

It will be unforgettable and I hope to be able to contribute positively to the life of the family, sharing special moments with them.
