Dear host family and school,

            First, I want to thnk you fot taking the time to read my letter and consider me to be part of your family and community. I am very exited about this opportunity an I am looking forward to meeting you and learning more aboute your culture.

My name is Rosmen, I am 15 years old and I am from Spain. I live with my parents and my brother. My family is very close, and I enjoy spending time with them. I also have grandparents who are very special to me.

           I really like to participe in school activities because it is a fun way to meet new people and learn. A few years ago, I joined a short film contest with my classmates, and we won host awards. I also joined the Ereasmus Plus program, and I went to France for one week with a host family. It was an amazing experience that helped me improve my languajes and learn how people live there. Also, I help organize events in my school, like parties and special days. I like to see everyone having fun and making sure everything goes well.

          In the summer, I spend a lot of time with my friends and take part in activities organized by my town, like sports competitions, festivals, and fairs. I also love to travel and visit new places.

           I have a big passion for animals. I have a dog called Reina, and I love spending time with her. I want to study a career related to animals and work with them in the future because I really like learning about different species and how to take care of them. I also care a lot about nature and the environment.

           About my personality, I think I am open, caring, responsible, and organizated person. I always try to do things well and help others. I like to say positive and learn from every experience. I am also very focused on my studies and I always try to get good grades. I have kept a good academic average, and I think studying and learning are very important to me.

               I really like sports. I have tried many sports like football, basketball, and athletics. Right now, I go the gym every day to stay active and heathy. I also really enjoy dancing, especially ballroom and urban dance, and I have won several awards in many stiles competitions, like the national championship.

               I am applying for this program because I want to improve my English, and I know it will help me a lot in the future. I also want to see how people and students live in the U.S.A and learn about your culture. I want to live the experience of being more independent, make my own decisions, and adapt to new situations. This exchange will help me grow as a person and give me a broader view of the world.
