Dear host family,
I am V. And I’m 17 years old. I live in a small town in the north of Italy.
As for my character I can say I am determined, curious, sensitive and really calm. I also like to take care of others, so I can say that I am very empathetic and supportive.
Even though I sometimes need some space for my self i am very sociable and I really enjoy being around people.

I am an only child, so I live just with my mum and my dad. We have a great relationship and we take care of each other. I spend a lot of time with my dad because we share the passion for football (soccer).
We live in a small town, it is a quiet place to live and I like that.
Our house it’s a terraced house, it is quite big and I have got a room for myself. I designed my own room because I also like furnishing and interior design.
Beyond my parents I’ve got more relatives here, so I can count also on my grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins.

My school is not in the little town where I live, but it is in the largest city in the region. It is a scientific high school so we study principally maths, science and physics. I don’t really like maths, but I really like science, specifically biology. I love study how nature works and how it changed and evolved.
The school is pretty big, we are about a thousand students and some of them comes from my same town.

As I said my school is not in my hometown, so everyday I have to get up quite early to take the train.
I get up at 6:15 in the morning and I get ready for the day. I leave my house at 7:00 to reach the station where the train departs at 7:15.
Arrived in the city I go to school where the lessons begin at 8:00. Classes are usually over at 2:00 pm, sometimes we have an extra lesson so we leave school at 3:00 pm.
Then sometimes I stay in the city with some friends in the afternoon, but most of the time I go to the station to take the train back.
Arrived home, usually at 3:00 or 4:00 pm I have two or three hour to study before going to the training center, football training starts at 6:15 pm and it ends around 8:00pm. I usually train three times a week, so when I don’t have training, I have some extra time to study or relax.
Anyway in the evening I have dinner around 9:00/9:30 pm and then I can relax a bit before going to bed. Usually when I have a test, the evening before I still revise for a while before going to bed.
I normally go to bed at 10.30pm, but it depends on the day.

I have got many passions and interests, and I have already mentioned some of these.
I really like football, everything that concern football. Playing football, watching matches or listening about this at TV or by podcasts.
After that I really like films, tv series, video games and music.
I can say a few of my favourites for each category.
My favourites films are Hustle, the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World saga, the Harry Potter saga, How to train your dragon saga and the fast and furious saga.
About TV series I really liked Stranger things and Peaky blinders but at the top of my list there are fo sure Outer Banks and Yellowstone.
Talking about video games I always played FIFA, now EA Sport FC, but my favourites are the Uncharted saga and Red Dead Redemption saga. Great storyline and great characters.
In the end my favourites music artists are Travis Scott, The weekend, Lazza, Metro boomin and Tate McRae.
As I said before I really like houses and design but also animals and nature.
I love horses as my grandparents had horses and I practiced equestrian sport. Unfortunately i don’t have enough time to practice two sports, but I would really like to resume with equestrian sports and spending more time with horses.
