Dear family
I am a 16-year-old girl, responsible, sensitive and sometimes shy. I like to be nice to others and help them. I like to be with people and make new friends. I am a curious girl who is interested in discovering new countries and cultures. For this since I was little travel.
I live in an Italian region in the north/ east. It is located on a hill with many vineyards and a beautiful medieval castle, which I see from the windows of my house.
At my school I am in my third year. I chose this school because I love learning languages and here I can study in addition to English, German and from this year also French. This school allowed me to study abroad in countries such as Germany, Austria and Ireland.
I look forward to starting classes at the new school in the United States to improve my English.
My mother is a nurse. She loves to read, we have books everywhere. She is passionate about crochet and knitting. She made me numerous clothes, bags and accessories, which I also give to my friends.
My dad comes from a region of central Italy. He moved here from many years for his work and love. My dad works as a technician for a highway in northern Italy . He is a great mountain enthusiast, he has reached several peaks, such as Monte Rosa and Monviso which are among the highest mountains in Italy. In A. grows olives and produces with the olives our oil, which is very tasty, valuable and healthy.
My parents almost always approve of my choices, in fact they supported me when I proposed to attend the first semester of my fourth year in the United States, even if they did not want to at first, because they were worried. I have a good relationship with them, I love them and I like being in their company. Together with my parents I visited many cities and towns, especially in Italy. I often travel with my friends, during the weekends we always visit new cities. I like to visit the cities but I love being by the sea much more. Since I was little I spend my summer holidays in the house at the beach.
Also with my dad I go to the mountains, skiing and swimming while with mom we have fun shopping.
I try to follow the advice of my parents, which is very important because given by people who love me. It is especially important to respect their rules.
In my free time I enjoy reading, walking, watching TV series and movies, listening to music. I love fashion, study the history of famous brands and create new outfits.
Since I was in elementary school I did dance, hip hop, but when I started high school I had no time to attend this sport, so with regret I had to give up. From this year I started, now I do modern dance, it’s completely different from hip hop, but I’m really enjoying it. I would also like to start doing Latin American.
My day starts at 6.30 a.m., I get up, stretch and dress. Immediately after I eat breakfast and take the bus to school, it takes 15 minutes from my home to school. Once arrived I do my school hours, which depend on the days, some days I do 6 hours other days I do 9.
Immediately after school I go to dance and do 1 hour and a half about, come home eat, rest and in the afternoon study and do homework for about 2⁄3 hours.
After studying I take a walk in my country, come home and shower. I eat dinner and sometimes go to the theater in the evening, because in spring there are several shows. I come home, then read and at 10:30 p.m. I go to bed.
