Spain Hello family,
I'm going to start by talking about myself. To begin, I'm a calm and very social person. I have many friends and I love spending time with them. I'm very athletic and also kind. I like doing activities with my family, like visiting places and exploring. Another thing about me is that I like almost all kinds of food, and I eat healthily. I sleep quite well, approximately 7-8 hours, and I occasionally take a nap. I also do my schoolwork every day.
Now I'll talk about my family. I live with my parents and my brother. My brother is a teenager and likes sports like me, and I get along very well with him. One of my sisters already works and lives in another house, and my other sister also works, and since she works on a cruise ship, she's always away from home sailing around the world. My mother also works; she knows many languages and spends a lot of time with us during the day. She likes to travel, as does my father. He is a very hardworking and disciplined person. He loves to travel and play sports, and he loves it when my brother and I play sports. My mother's side of the family doesn't live in the same city as us, but my mother, my siblings, and I visit them several times a year. On that side of the family, I have three uncles and aunts and my two grandparents, who are very kind people and have a very large house where the whole family stays for a short time during vacations. Although, if any of my cousins need to live there for a longer time because of their studies, they do that too. On my mother's side, I have more than 15 cousins. On the other hand, there's my father's family. Most of them live in my city, but others live far away. My father has three brothers with whom I get along very well and see every week. In particular, my father's brother has a son who is my first cousin, and he's the one I get along with best, since I see him every day and he's my age. Then there are the children of my father's cousins, whom I see infrequently, but every year we have a big reunion where we all get together. On my father's side, there's my grandfather, who is a very good sculptor and has statues all over my city. I see him often, and I love spending time with him.
I'm going to talk a little more about my siblings. There are four of us in total, and I'm the youngest. They've all visited the United States and loved being there. After me is my brother, who is a little older than me and with whom I do a lot of sports, since we go to the same club. He and I live in the same house and are quite close. Then there's one of my sisters; she's quite a bit older than us, and she already works and lives in another house. She works on a cruise ship as a nurse, so I don't see her much, but we still talk often. We usually see each other every couple of months or so, and we usually spend the summer together. Finally, there's my oldest sister. She also works and lives in another house in another city. I talk to her a lot by chat and I see her quite often, since she comes to visit us from time to time. She likes sports and does activities like going to the gym or running.
Now it's time to talk about my hobbies. My biggest hobby is practicing martial arts, which I love and do every day. In my free time, I also enjoy talking to my friends, and I love playing video games with them. Another thing I like to do when I have free time is hang out with my friends; I love spending time with them.
My goals in life: I have my goals clear. To begin with, I want to continue playing sports and be a healthy and physically strong person. I want to continue practicing martial arts and compete in major MMA leagues. On the other hand, I want to be a person with many friends and get along well with people, and finally, one thing I would like to have when I'm older is to have an own familly with a wife and children.
Now I'm going to talk about my goals in the United States. To begin with, I want to learn English and become fluent in it, but that's not the most important thing. I want to experience a different culture that is completely unlike my own. I want to have an unforgettable experience, as I'm going to be going through a huge change. I want to make friends, and I want to be part of another family, one that's different from the one I've always lived with. I also want to visit new places and learn what life is like there. I want to get good grades in high school and adapt so I can have the best year possible. I also want to continue practicing martial arts and other sports, since I love them.
Finally, and to conclude this letter, I'm going to talk about my passion. I've already mentioned it many times in this letter, and I don't think it will surprise you: my passion is MMA, or mixed martial arts. It's a sport I love, and I try to practice it as much as I can. It's my passion because I want to continue practicing it forever, and I love doing it and would like that my professional life relates also to monitoring in this sport or to do something related to sports.
I'm really looking forward to arriving in the United States and starting my life there. I hope you liked the letter and have a good day.
