Hi,

I’m Rocío and I live in a northeast city of Spain.I will say it's a big city where you can do all different types of activities cause it has a wide variety of landscapes. I’m 14 years old but when I’ll go to the US, I’ll be 15.I live with my mom, dad, brother and dog. We’re a big family, I have a lot of cousins and I’m one of the oldest, so I’m surrounded by little kids, but that’s not a problem because I love kids. I love my brother, he is younger than me, so I take care of him when we’re home alone. And I love my dog; he is one of my best friends.

About myself, I will say I’m a kind, sweet, affectionate and outgoing person. My friends and family say that I’m a funny, energetic and positive girl that carries so much about others,which I agree. I love to talk to others and make new friends.

I’m very sportive, I have done a lot of sports during my life, such as skating, swimming, dancing but now I’m very focused on Ballet and Rhythmic Gymnastics, where I compete at a national level. I love music too (my favorite artist is Ariana Grande, but I listen to all kinds of music). I love to sing, read, cook and watch movies and series. I really like to watch sports with my family. I eat all types of food (food isn’t a big deal for me) and my favorite season of the year is winter and fall.

I just love Christmas and Halloween (and maybe Thanksgiving too).I love to hangout with my family and travel with them.We play games and do chritsmas dances every year,i really like spending time with them.We do a lot of different types of activities like playing board games,we go hiking in the mountains or the forest,we go each year to a country house and do gymcanas,dances or barbecues.

I like to discover new places.I have travelled around Europe.I love to hangout with my friends .We do pyjamas parties,we go shopping,go to cafees or we watch movies.I really love being with them they are like a second family for me.I go to a French school so I speak very good french.It's like my second language.It's a big school where I know every one,cause we enter there since we're 3 till 18.

When I grow up, if I’m honest, I really don’t know what to become. However, I would really like to be a Spanish teacher in the US, I’m good at science too. I would like to go to university (to Oxford), which is a little complicated but if you never try, you’ll never know.

I decided to live this experience because I really like American’s culture and their way of life. I want to improve my level of English of course. I fancy experience this opportunity with you because it was my dream since I was little to go to an American highschool, try their food, live holidays as you live them…And when I’ll be there, I just want to be an American teenager more.
